**Job Title: Shipper** **Job Description** As a Shipper, you will play a vital role in our operations by picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing them efficiently. You will use a pallet jack and scan gun to ensure accuracy and verify that the picked orders match the order forms. This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders accurately and efficiently. + Box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders. + Operate a pallet jack and scan gun. + Verify picked orders against order forms for accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Capability to lift 50 lbs. + Strong attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking is preferred. + Experience with large orders, general labor, and material handling. + Proficiency in using world ship, inventory systems, and RF scanners. + Ability to write and read English. + Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. + A hard-working attitude. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment where internal promotions are encouraged, allowing employees to grow into managerial roles. The hours are 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
