Overview:

The Cheyenne Family YMCA is seeking smilers, skilled chatters, and expert joy providers. We are in need of customer service specialists to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

You are a multi-tasker, and you can happily and calmly juggle projects, phone calls, check ins, registration questions... See what we mean? You are a hockey goalie without pads, but you rise above the occasional flying pucks with grace and poise.

You are ready to make a difference. You understand that this position is not simply a customer service job at a gym. You know you can help strengthen your community and support your neighbors in need.

Position is part time 10-25 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the work force or seeking a second job. Currently, we have openings across all shifts. You do not need to be available for all shifts to apply.

Our desk is open

• M-Th 4:30am - 8:30pm
• Fri 4:30 am - 7pm
• Saturday 6:30 am - 5pm
• Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Salary starts at $9.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift
• Customer Service and Sales Experience
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
• Spanish proficiency preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required
